Its purpose is to ensure a clear, fair, and compliant framework aligned with the highest professional standards for all ECIA clients operating in the e-commerce industry.
ECIA subscriptions (monthly or yearly) provide immediate access to our automation infrastructure, proprietary workflows, and all available resources.
Due to the digital nature of our services and the instant access to our systems, subscriptions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once activated.However, clients may cancel their subscription at any time; access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
Audits, advanced configurations, technical integrations, developments, and tailored interventions mobilize both technical and human resources as soon as they are initiated. For this reason, no refund is possible once the service has started.
If no action has yet been taken at the time of the request, ECIA may issue a full refund or offer credit usable for future services.
In the event of an accidental duplicate payment, billing error, or anomaly linked to payment processing, ECIA commits to conducting an immediate verification.
If the issue is confirmed, a full refund of the concerned amount will be issued without delay, using the same payment method originally used.
ECIA guarantees continuous maintenance, high availability, and ongoing optimization of its services.
However, temporary interruptions may occur (maintenance, updates, external factors). These situations—outside of our control or required for the proper functioning of our systems—do not grant rights to refunds, but they do entitle clients to proactive communication and reinforced support until full restoration of service.
