The Client must provide accurate information and is responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Any unauthorized access or misuse of credentials is the sole responsibility of the Client.
ECIA provides a high-performance, scalable, and secure automation infrastructure. Features may evolve continuously to improve performance and reliability.
ECIA may add, modify, or discontinue certain functionalities when necessary to enhance service quality.
The User agrees to use the services lawfully and in accordance with ECIA guidelines.
Any attempt to bypass protections, duplicate workflows, exploit systems improperly, or use ECIA for non-compliant activities may result in immediate suspension without refund.
It is strictly forbidden to use ECIA for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unethical purposes.
ECIA reserves the right to limit, restrict, or terminate access to any account that violates these rules or poses a risk to the integrity of the system.
ECIA maintains a highly available and regularly updated infrastructure.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to updates, maintenance, or external factors.
These interruptions do not entitle the User to refunds; however, ECIA will ensure proactive monitoring and swift resolution.
ECIA shall not be held liable for revenue loss, indirect damages, integration errors caused by third-party services, or improper use of its features.
Performance metrics are based on observed results but may vary depending on the store, audience, traffic quality, and client strategy.
All workflows, visual assets, designs, code, documents, interfaces, and systems created by ECIA remain the exclusive property of ECIA.
Any reproduction, extraction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
ECIA ensures strict confidentiality of all data processed through its automations.
Collected information is never sold, transferred, or exploited beyond the scope necessary for delivering the service.
ECIA may update these Terms of Use at any time to remain compliant with legal, technical, or operational changes.
Any significant modification will be communicated to the Client.
Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
ECIA may suspend or terminate an account in the event of violation of these Terms, attempted fraud, or risk to system integrity.
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the billing period already paid.
